Wellmount Village Accommodation
In Wellmount Village there are 41 apartments made up of 20 No. three bedroom ground floor apartments and 20 No. four bedroom 1st floor apartments and 1 two bedroom apartment. Rooms are let on an individual and group basis.
The three bedroom apartments have a kitchenette, living room and main bathroom along with 3 bedrooms. While the four bedroom apartments have a sitting room, kitchen, two bathrooms along with 4 bedrooms.
The apartments with their high ceilings create a lovely bright and airy feel to reside in.
We try to keep students of the same year together and provide the type of room they request however, we cannot guarantee this. If you and your friends, as a group, wish to rent a 3 bedroom apartment or a 4 bedroom apartment this can be arranged, but book early! Rooms are also let on an individual basis.
The apartments are fully fitted out with all household essentials, and include a study area in each bedroom.
Facilities includes 24 security call out and patrols, wifi, ample car parking, refuse, basketball court, tennis court and seminar room (book in advance) and a laundry facility which makes it the ideal village to reside in.
In 2018 and 2019 Wellmount Village undertook to upgrade all our common area and internal fire and smoke alarms. We are committed to the highest standards.
